Comace was ready to refresh their website. Working with designer Scott Hutton of Twenty20 Graphics, we created a modern, engaging layout to promote their projects, team and contact details.

Design

Scott Hutton's design is big and bold, with large headings and a wide layout. It also incorporates multiple page layouts, engaging graphics, overlapping images and bright colour.

Zigzag page list

One of the visually interesting elements of the site is the a zigzag page list pattern for the Projects. We crafted a careful use of css to allow for this design feature to shine and also adjust smoothly across all screen sizes and devices.

Projects

A clear and regularly updates set of Project examples is a highlight of the website, promoting the high quality work that Comace provide. We utilised concrete5’s Composer feature so that the creation of a new Project summary is handled by completing a simple form, which them displays the Project neatly across the website. Of particular note is the full-width scrolling banner of images from the Project across the top.

Breadcrumb through Projects and Team Members

For easy navigation and to encourage site visitors to browse through multiple Project examples, we configured a breadcrumb at the bottom of the pages to take visitors through to the previous and next Project or Team Member.
